How to Assemble Different PDF Files

To combine several files into one, follow the steps below:

Multiple source files can be uploaded to your account on our website. Open the “My Box” tab in the menu if they are already in the docs list.

Open the folder you need and find the necessary sample. Choose a file or several templates you want to merge into a single PDF document. You can select up to five different PDFs.

Next click on “More” and you will see the drop-down menu with additional tools. Then click the “Merge” button.

You will see a new window with the list of the documents to assemble. If their order is correct, then move to the next step of this user guide. If you want to change the order of items, remove them and arrange them in the necessary way. Give a name to the final version that will include all PDF documents. Click on the “Merge” button. The system will combine all the blanks into one. It will be saved in the same folder as the originals. Before you assemble the PDF files, arrange all of them to be in the same folder. Now your template is ready and can be further edited, sent or shared. Additionally, you can print it or send it to someone for signature. If you are worried about the security of the given information, use the file locking feature or require an additional verification check when it is opened.

Logging issue troubleshoot I was having issue logging into pdfFiller with the password that I remember, at the same time could not receive any email to reset my password. Harmhon, the live chat agent from pdfFiller, has patiently understand my situation. Although most of the time is user's issue that they don't check on junk mail or they have some instruction/rules listed in their setting. But Harmhon is able to figure that my email address was actually not being whitelisted in your company whitelist. That being said, after Harmhon inserted me into the whitelist, i am able to login without any issue again. I really appreciate Harmhon's patient and service. He is definitely a precious asset to pdfFiller! Keep up the good work!
